Bryan Smolock has been a busboy, dishwasher, part time cook, server, and banquet manager. And that was just part time!

Bryan has worked in some fashion with food since the age of 16 when he began his career. After moving on to another career, he maintained work on a part time *really full time hours* basis in the restaurant industry.

And after having a child in 2011, he broke ties with the industry and learned to cook fresh, healthy one-ingredient food on his own. 

However, he constantly has a sneaking suspicion to return to the field. He just may.
